Outstanding food customer service

HI I CURRENTLY WORK AT WOODRIDGE CAFE, AND IT IS VERY MUCH OPEN DAILY. The staff is wonderful, we have great food for affordable prices, and a very comfortable setting. We don’t know why this currently says closed but we are getting to the bottom of it! COME IN AND GRAB A BITE TO EAT & MEET OUR FANTASTIC STAFF!

Good service food has been pretty good they changed the fries recently to shoe string im not a fan.But soups are always good

Went with a large group and although it was planned well ahead of the event, the restaurant seemed to struggle to keep up. I felt sorry for the waitress as she mostly had no help for a group that mostly filled the restaurant! The food came out in some cases close to raw which was surprising as the burger patties where pretty thin. Fries where not so good either. Just seemed like a big disappointment overall. As part of the group, we paid per head and for the price we should have had better than McDonald's. In fact for the price we could have gone to McDonald's and had better food with money left over.It's a shame as this is a local place I really hoped was better.

Don’t Share food with your loved ones. Restaurant will charge you $2.00 if you share your plate with someone. Food that you already paid for . Ridiculous and unfair also totally Illegal. Here is the proof! Of my Receipt. And in top glasses are dirty when the serve you water. Never going back again.

Our server was very nice, but she forgot to bring our soup until she was reminded, we had to remind her on several different occassions for some of our food items, a box for our take home and then also our check. Not to mention my son never got his milk. I also had to return my food because our server wrote how i wanted but forgot to tell the cook. Not good for a first time visit

The people are great and so is the Service. Food is very good. My mom and i love it here. Hope to see a dinner menu.

From the outside this resturant looks very average, but we gave it a go and we were pleasantly surprised. For starters our waiter was very kind, the menu had a lot of options, and it tasted good. Would love to see there bar open at night.

Holy banana nut caramel pancakes! Biscuits and gravy were phenomenal too! Nice place, nice people, good food!

Picked up breakfast here on Easter with my daughter during COVID lockdown. Was pouring rain and we were greeted and served by an amazing woman server - really nice, really positive attitude. We took home breakfast for my wife, daughter and I and it exceeded our expectations. I had a Greek omelette (gyro meat/feta) that was phenomenal. My daughter had a sausage/cheddar omelette that was equally good and my wife had banana bread french toast that was delicious. Food was great even after taking it home, not easy to say for breakfast food. Can't wait to go there again!

I dine in this great spot from time to time! This is the best place to have a bite. I visit this place at least once a month. The food is just great, the staff members are professional and the price is affordable. I enjoy being in this spot for a decent lunch.

It was my first time here and I've got to say, the food was DELICIOUS! I had the chicken and waffle and couldn't have been more pleased with my choice. The service is great and staff is very friendly. Thanks you guys for making my first experience great. My family will be back. Oh and I can't forget the slot machines! Love it

Went here at a friend's suggestion, and I'm glad I did. The prices were reasonable and the food was good. The server we had was very nice.

Eggs tasted like vegetable oil, bacon tasted reheated, hash browns we're soggy not crispy, and we're not even attached together, kind of like a bunch of loose potato flakes scattered on the plate. The lady serving us was super nice and attentive. But like, breakfast food is pretty straight forward. And this just didn't feel worth the 40 dollar bill split between two people. Didn't try the coffee but I just feel like the food was like meh, one of those restaurants with nice ambience and good service and just like microwaved food in the kitchen.

One of the best skillets I have ever had! Deserves 5+ stars... there is only one but, you have to pay extra for coffee and the chocolate chip pancakes...

I recommend this place for an amazing dining experience! Really good food and inexpensive! Will be returning!

Excellent food and atmosphere. Although, if you go on a weekend, make sure your waiter doesn't forget about you... We sat for over 15 minutes waiting for her to bring the check (after we already waited and asked a separate waiter for a to-go box)... eventually we stopped another waiter and asked if our waitress has left...she hadn't. When she came back with our card (that we had given to the other waiter) she straight up told us that on weekends, people are assigned outside of usual seat zones...and that she forgot all about us!

Just as we expected, the portion sizes are great and food was really good. The customer service was top notch!

The worst place to eat omg order a pork chop no meat all fat.The owner was very rude an said go McDonald's .The waitress was very nice an tried to help .Do not go eat at this place it's the worst I will never return

This spot is worth giving a shot. They have big portions for affordable rates. Consistently clean and with great character. I highly recommend this place.

So happy I finally decided to try this gem! Food was amazing and staff was very friendly and hands on! I cant wait ti take my whole family back with me this weekend!

We stopped in for a meal during breakfast/lunch hours. The service was great. Our waitress was friendly & accommodating. The food was a huge variety, so five of us chose whether or not we would eat breakfast foods or lunch. The veggie omelet was very filling and tasty.

I go here for the view and atmosphere and service. The food is good... The coffee is great. Intelligencia.

My husband and I love this Cafe. Service is exceptionally quick and the servers/staff and friendly and accommodating. It is always clean and has a very modern look and feel. We are so glad we found this place! It's our new Sunday breakfast spot!

This place is very nicely decorated inside, it looks more like an upscale dinner restaurant. The food is also very good, I had the cream of chicken soup and a grilled chicken panini and both were delicious. The service is good, but it could be better. They have a bar section with some slot machines for the people who love to gamble.

So glad I stopped to try this place. Very clean, friendly atmosphere. The waitress was super nice. The coffee was great, as was the iced tea. The chicken noodle soup was delicious, the fries and fish were good too. The tomato tasted like it was grown in someone's backyard! The cole slaw, was as alright, but missing something. Definitely going back there and looking forward to it!

Had lunch with a dear friend. Great place! Food good. Staff great. We were not rushed. Chatted with manager on our way out. So friendly!
